Our Genesis computer system puts all charges in formatted reports and our billing staff reviews each invoice prior to it being sent to you. All client billing is audited by our staff CPA.
Most cities and states eliminate the sales and lodging tax after either 30, 60 or 90 days of consecutive stay. CLS knows the tax laws and we make sure you obtain the tax savings that are often not offered by hotels.
All hotels are entered into our database. When we receive hotel bills, Genesis verifies that the room rate and tax we are being charged is accurate.
You indicate what, if any, incidentals you will pay for. If those charges appear, we dispute it and remove it from your bill. All hotels we do business with sign a bid agreement that states we will only pay for room and tax charges unless approved in writing. This helps eliminate those extra add-on charges from the hotel. Our bills are designed so any miscellaneous charges stand out for easy detection.
